How do I delete my account and data?
Your data is yours. To permanently delete your LingoMix account and all associated match history and profile details:
  • Open the App and go to the Settings screen.
  • Scroll down to the bottom and tap the "Delete Account" button.
  • Upon confirmation, your email address, profile credentials, and match statistics will be instantly and permanently deleted from our Firebase database.
Alternatively, you can request account deletion by emailing us directly at support@lingomix.net. We will process your request within 24 hours.
Privacy and Data Security
LingoMix is built to comply with KVKK, GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA regulations. Your personal information (e.g. login credentials, profile pictures) is processed securely to host lobbies and track leaderboards. We never share or sell your data to third parties. How do I report bugs or submit feedback?
If you encounter gameplay bugs, dictionary issues, or visual crashes, please contact us at support@lingomix.net with a description or screenshot of the issue. We'll do our best to help you out!
