LingoMix Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the LingoMix mobile game, website, associated content, board mechanics, artificial intelligence-powered features (LingoBot), asynchronous multiplayer (PvP) mode, and all related services (collectively, the “Service” or “LingoMix”).

These Terms form a binding contract between you (“User”) and Metin Tiryaki. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using LingoMix, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use LingoMix.

1. SCOPE OF SERVICE

LingoMix is a mobile game that redefines classic word board games with premium 3D wood design, realistic physics-based animations, and asynchronous multiplayer lobbies. Features provided may include:

• 3D premium wooden game board and tile placement mechanics,
• Asynchronous multiplayer (PvP) lobbies and friend invitation systems,
• Solo practice mode against our AI opponent, LingoBot,
• Dictionary lookup features showing word definitions (via TDK & Wiktionary),
• Global and local leaderboards (rankings),
• Multilingual gameplay and localized letter points.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND AGE LIMITS

To use LingoMix, you must be at least 13 years old or have reached the legal age limit to play digital games under your local jurisdiction. By using the game, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will comply with applicable laws.

3. ACCOUNT AND SECURITY

You may need to create an account via Apple, Google, or email to play multiplayer mode and save your progress. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access. We reserve the right to suspend or close your account in cases of violation, manipulation, or fraud.

4. LICENSE AND LIMITATIONS

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use LingoMix solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not grant you any ownership rights or commercial copying permissions in LingoMix.

5. PROHIBITED USES AND ANTI-CHEAT RULES

To keep the LingoMix community fair, fun, and safe, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Cheating & Manipulation: Manipulating scores, using external word finder software or bots, sabotaging game mechanics, or modifying game files,
• Abuse: Harassing, threatening, expressing hate speech, or using offensive terms in lobby chats and matches,
• System Disruption: Uploading malware, viruses, or malicious code; attempting to overload, disrupt, or reverse-engineer our servers and app logic,
• Commercial Use: Selling, renting, licensing, or commercializing game accounts or features.

6. USER CONTENT AND INTERACTION

You are solely responsible for any content you create in the game, including profile names, profile pictures, lobby messages, and tile placements. You represent that your content is compliant with laws and does not infringe on third-party rights. You grant us a limited right to store, match, and sync this content to run the Service.

7. AI FEATURES AND DICTIONARY INTEGRATIONS

LingoMix may use dictionary databases and AI models for in-game word validation and our LingoBot AI opponent mode. Meanings and word validity provided by AI or dictionary databases may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect. LingoMix cannot be held responsible for match score losses or misunderstandings resulting from database errors.

8. IN-APP PURCHASES

LingoMix is free to play but may offer in-app purchases for cosmetics (ad-free edition, custom board themes, etc.) in the future. These purchases are processed through App Store or Google Play Store billing systems. In-app purchase refunds and subscriptions are subject to the terms of the respective app store.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All software, designs, interfaces, 3D wood tile models, animations, logos, texts, algorithms, and the "LingoMix" trademark belong to Metin Tiryaki. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or imitation of the trademark or game codes is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

10. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

LingoMix is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the game will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or 100% compatible with all devices.

LingoMix and its developer cannot be held liable for indirect damages, server outages, internet connectivity issues, or in-game data losses. Our total legal liability shall not exceed 100 USD or the total amount you paid for the game in the last 12 months.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts and execution offices of Istanbul, Turkey.

12. CHANGES

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. New terms will become effective immediately upon being published on our website or in the game. Your continued use of the game indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
