LingoMix — Terms of Service

Service

These terms cover the LingoMix app and website, provided by Metin Tiryaki. LingoMix offers word-board gameplay, a local computer opponent, pass-and-play and account-based online matches where available. Features and supported game dictionaries can differ by version and language. The website demo is illustrative.

Match chat and player safety

Match chat is optional and limited to the two signed-in players of a game. Before sending, accept the chat rules in the app. Harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual or illegal content, exposing another person’s private information and spam are prohibited. Messages are short text only; links and media are not accepted. A first-line filter and sending limits apply. You can report a player or a message and block a player in the app. Blocking prevents chat, new invitations and future matching with that player; it does not finish an existing game. Reports create private records for review, not an automatic account ban. Questions or complaints can be sent to support@lingomix.net.

Submitting a report does not automatically delete a message or impose a penalty. Authorized moderators review reports and may hide messages or restrict chat access. Moderation evidence and action records are retained as explained in the Privacy Policy; closing a review is not deletion of its evidence.

“Hide for me” stores only the account, match and message identifiers in the app’s local preferences on this device. It does not store a separate copy of the message text, change the server message or affect the other player’s view. It does not send a report. Blocking is a separate action and does not create a complaint; to request a review, open Profile → Feedback → Player or message complaint. Select a player from your own matches and, when available, optionally select a message. If a chat is unavailable, you can still report the player without selecting a message. The message menu only offers Hide for me and Block; these actions do not report content.

Accounts and responsibilities

Use accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure and tell support@lingomix.net if your account is compromised. Sign-in providers have their own terms. If local law requires parental permission, obtain it before using account features.

Fair play and content

Do not manipulate online scores or hidden match data, abuse the service, harass other players or upload unlawful content. You are responsible for your chosen display name and profile content and must have rights to any image you use. We may restrict abusive accounts to protect the service.

Rules, dictionaries and the bot

The game applies its versioned rules and bundled dictionaries. A valid game word may be uncommon; acceptance is not a guarantee of everyday usage or acceptance by another game. The solo opponent searches legal moves on the device. LingoMix does not claim official endorsement or a live integration with TDK, nor does it send solo play to an external generative AI model.

Privacy and account deletion

The Privacy Policy explains data processing. You can initiate account deletion in the app, or request it through the dedicated website page without reinstalling the app. Local reset and sign-out do not delete your cloud account. Deletion is permanent once completed; starting a new account does not restore deleted data.

Availability and purchases

Internet access is needed for online features. Availability and error-free operation are not guaranteed, and updates may change the service. No subscription or in-app purchase offering is described as active here; any future purchase must clearly display its price and applicable store terms before you agree.

Intellectual property and legal rights

You may use LingoMix for personal play. The app’s original software, branding and design belong to their respective rights holders; third-party components retain their own licences. Do not redistribute protected content without permission. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact
